RxDiff is committed to providing accurate, up-to-date information about prescription drug pricing and medications. We take errors seriously and correct them as quickly as possible.
Our review process:
Drug pricing data is pulled from live pharmacy pricing feeds and refreshed on a regular schedule. Educational content on our blog is reviewed by Thomas Tang, PharmD, a licensed pharmacist, for clinical accuracy before publication.
If you spot an error:
If you find outdated pricing, an incorrect drug detail, or any other inaccuracy on RxDiff, please let us know using the contact form on our Contact page. Include the page URL and a description of the issue, and we'll investigate and correct it as soon as possible.
Correction timeline:
We aim to review reported errors within 2 business days. Pricing discrepancies are typically resolved on our next data refresh; content errors are corrected directly on the page, with a note added for significant factual changes.
