What HealthRX Offers: Telehealth Prescriptions and Prices (2026)
What HealthRX is
HealthRX describes itself as a US telehealth marketplace connecting patients with independent state-licensed clinicians. If a clinician approves a compounded prescription, a licensed Section 503A compounding pharmacy prepares and ships it. Ask who will dispense your prescription before paying.
HealthRX displays LegitScript certificate #50087439. Check the current issuer record; this is not a statement of medication approval or an endorsement by RxDiff.
It is cash pay, without insurance billing. Reviews report HSA/FSA acceptance: ask HealthRX and your account administrator. Advertised GLP-1 plan prices include provider review, medication and shipping. The provider states that a full refund of the related charge is available if the clinician declines; verify conditions and the process before checkout.
How it works
- Pick a plan and review its full charge before checking out.
- Complete the online medical intake.
- An independent clinician reviews it, typically in about 24 hours.
- If approved, the GLP-1 medication is advertised to ship overnight. Shipping time is not the same as total time from intake to arrival; category timelines can differ.
GLP-1 plan prices
Prices change. Confirm the selected product, supply, full upfront charge, renewal amount, and current terms on HealthRX before paying. GLP-1 figures below were checked September 3, 2026 by a third-party pricing review; RxDiff consulted that review and the provider's pricing page on October 28, 2026. These are advertised plan prices, not RxDiff pharmacy quotes.
| Plan term | Compounded semaglutide | Compounded tirzepatide |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | $190 | $239 |
| 3 months | $399 ($133/mo equivalent) | $627 ($209/mo equivalent) |
| 6 months | $714 ($119/mo equivalent) | $1,194 ($199/mo equivalent) |
| 12 months | $1,188 ($99/mo equivalent) | $2,148 ($179/mo equivalent) |
Separate monthly Subscribe & Save: $99 for the first month, then $165 for semaglutide or $214 for tirzepatide, billed monthly until cancelled.
“From $97/mo” is not a $97 monthly bill. It describes the rounded monthly equivalent of the separate $1,163 twelve-month semaglutide Subscribe & Save charge, paid upfront and renewing by term. It is not the $1,188 one-time plan ($99/mo equivalent). Tirzepatide's $2,123 annual subscription is about $177/mo equivalent. Confirm the full charge and how four-week vial supplies cover the selected term.

Questions to ask before you buy
- Who is the dispensing pharmacy, and how can I check its license?
- What quantity, concentration, and number of weeks does my selected plan cover?
- How do I cancel, when does my plan renew, and can I get written confirmation?
- What is the refund policy before review, after approval, after dispensing, and after shipment?
Payment does not ensure a prescription. A clinician must determine whether treatment is appropriate. Verify eligibility and contraindications with a licensed clinician.
Brand-name and compounded medication are different
| Option | Approval and review | Payment and savings |
|---|---|---|
| Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro | FDA-approved brand products for their specific labeled indications. A clinician must decide what is appropriate. | Insurance may cover the prescribed product. Manufacturer savings depend on current eligibility and program terms. |
| Compounded preparations | Not approved by the FDA. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. | HealthRX advertises cash-pay plans without insurance billing. Compounded preparations are not interchangeable with a brand product or eligible for its manufacturer savings. |
Products, approved indications, formulations, concentrations, doses, quantities, and oversight can differ. A shared ingredient name does not establish product equivalence. Ask the prescriber and dispensing pharmacy about the exact prescription and the legal basis for compounding it.
Important limitations
Independent reviews are limited. Sermorelin use described in these wellness offerings is off-label; ask the prescriber about the specific preparation, evidence and risks. NAD+ is not approved by the FDA for any use. Do not infer wellness or longevity benefits from a category name or price.
Frequently asked questions
Does a monthly equivalent mean I am billed monthly?
No. A prepaid plan's monthly equivalent divides its upfront total by its stated term. A separate monthly subscription has different charges and renewals. Confirm the actual due-today amount, renewal and medication supply before checkout.
Can I use insurance or HSA/FSA funds?
HealthRX advertises cash-pay plans without insurance billing. Reviews report HSA/FSA acceptance; ask HealthRX and your account administrator about your specific purchase and reimbursement rules.
Who decides whether a prescription is appropriate?
An independent state-licensed clinician reviews the intake and makes the prescribing decision. Payment does not ensure approval.
