How each works
RxDiff
Search the exact medication, form, strength, quantity, and ZIP code to compare available pharmacy price estimates. Select Get Coupon and show the coupon to the pharmacist before paying. RxDiff is not a pharmacy or healthcare provider.
RxSaver
Search RxSaver for your prescription and ZIP code, choose a participating pharmacy's coupon and show its code when picking up the medication. The pharmacy needs a valid prescription; if choosing a different store, arrange a prescription transfer. Pay the pharmacy using the coupon instead of insurance, not both.
Cost
RxDiff
RxDiff public search is free and requires no account or insurance. A pharmacy's final prescription charge is separate; confirm it before paying.
RxSaver
RxSaver prescription coupons and its app are free to use. No membership, signup or sign-in is required; there is no fee for using the coupons. You still pay the prescription charge at the pharmacy. No paid subscription is required for the verified coupon service.
Where accepted
RxDiff
A returned result identifies a pharmacy location. Confirm stock, coupon acceptance, and the final price with that location; availability varies by medication and location.
RxSaver
Use the selected coupon at a participating pharmacy shown for your medication and ZIP code. RxSaver's guide lists CVS, Walgreens, Costco and Walmart among examples; verify the current local result instead of relying on its older chain list. A prescriber's prescription is required, including for eligible over-the-counter medications. Coupons do not expire, but prices can change, so recheck each fill.
Who it suits
RxDiff
People comparing pharmacy estimates before filling a prescription. Pill identification and drug interaction tools are also available; they do not replace advice from a pharmacist or doctor.
RxSaver
People with a valid prescription comparing local pickup prices without signup or a membership, whether uninsured or choosing a coupon instead of their insurance copay. Purchases with an RxSaver coupon do not count toward insurance deductibles. No verified price winner is established.
Compare before each fill
Match the medication, brand or generic product, form, strength, quantity, pharmacy, and ZIP code. For shipping options, compare the complete delivered total and fulfillment terms. No current competitor quote or savings percentage is asserted here.
