The short answer
Neither RxDiff nor BuzzRx can be called the cheapest without current, matching prescription quotes and applicable fees. Compare the exact fill and confirm the final amount and terms before paying.
RxDiff
Search the exact medication, form, strength, quantity, and ZIP code to compare available pharmacy price estimates. Select Get Coupon and show the coupon to the pharmacist before paying. RxDiff is not a pharmacy or healthcare provider.
BuzzRx
Search BuzzRx with the medication, form, strength, quantity and location, then show the pre-activated card or coupon codes to the pharmacist at each fill. Pay the pharmacy, not BuzzRx, for the prescription. Confirm the prescribed days' supply as well as quantity because it can change the final pharmacy charge.
RxDiff
RxDiff public search is free and requires no account or insurance. A pharmacy's final prescription charge is separate; confirm it before paying.
BuzzRx
BuzzRx prescription cards, coupons and its app are free to use. No enrollment or periodic fees apply, and an account is not required to access prescription discounts. An optional free profile provides saved searches, saved coupons and refill reminders. You still pay the discounted prescription charge at the pharmacy; no paid subscription is required for these discounts.
RxDiff
A returned result identifies a pharmacy location. Confirm stock, coupon acceptance, and the final price with that location; availability varies by medication and location.
BuzzRx
Use the card or coupon at a participating pharmacy; BuzzRx lists CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and Kroger among examples. Confirm an unlisted location directly. Controlled-substance acceptance is at each pharmacy's discretion, and its FAQ warns that Medicare or Medicaid status can restrict discount processing. Some over-the-counter medicines and diabetic supplies can qualify with a signed prescription; human-equivalent pet prescriptions must be filled at a human pharmacy.
RxDiff
People comparing pharmacy estimates before filling a prescription. Pill identification and drug interaction tools are also available; they do not replace advice from a pharmacist or doctor.
BuzzRx
People comparing a prescription discount at participating pharmacies without an income qualification, waiting period or required account. The card has no age restriction and can be shared within a household, including pets; optional personal accounts are for adults. Compare with insurance rather than combining the discount with it, and confirm prescription-specific restrictions.
Match the medication, brand or generic product, form, strength, quantity, pharmacy, and ZIP code. For shipping options, compare the complete delivered total and fulfillment terms. No current competitor quote or savings percentage is asserted here.
No permanent price winner is established. Compare current quotes and applicable fees for the same prescription and location, then confirm the final amount with the pharmacy or provider.

Discount options generally apply instead of insurance for a fill, not in combination with it. Compare the applicable insurance and discount prices and ask the pharmacist which option applies.
