The short answer
Neither RxDiff nor GoodRx can be called the cheapest without current, matching prescription quotes and applicable fees. Compare the exact fill and confirm the final amount and terms before paying.
RxDiff
Search the exact medication, form, strength, quantity, and ZIP code to compare available pharmacy price estimates. Select Get Coupon and show the coupon to the pharmacist before paying. RxDiff is not a pharmacy or healthcare provider.
GoodRx
Search GoodRx for the exact prescription and pharmacy, then show the coupon before the pharmacist begins checkout, or with a paper prescription when dropping it off. Pay the pharmacy for the medication; a free coupon is not an online medication order. Optional Gold uses a Gold Card and its own participating-pharmacy directory.
RxDiff
RxDiff public search is free and requires no account or insurance. A pharmacy's final prescription charge is separate; confirm it before paying.
GoodRx
GoodRx prescription coupons are free to access; a paid membership is not required, and many services can be used without an account. Optional Gold requires an account and payment method: $9.99/month individual or $19.99/month family. Gold annual fees are unresolved: its Gold-specific terms list $89/$179, while its general terms and billing FAQ list $89.99/$179.99; confirm the amount at signup. Optional Companion lists $14.99/month or $119.88/year individual, and $24.99/month or $203.88/year family, with an account and payment method required. Both subscriptions automatically renew after any eligible trial; cancel at least one day before renewal to avoid the next charge. Refund eligibility is subject to the program's current terms. Prescription payments and any provider-service charges are separate from membership fees.
RxDiff
A returned result identifies a pharmacy location. Confirm stock, coupon acceptance, and the final price with that location; availability varies by medication and location.
GoodRx
Free coupons apply at participating pharmacies for the selected prescription; confirm the location and coupon before filling. Gold participation must be checked separately in the Gold pharmacy directory, and Gold is unavailable in Washington. For Gold controlled-medication discounts, acceptance is at the pharmacist's discretion. Neither free coupons nor Gold can be combined with insurance or government-funded coverage for the same fill.
RxDiff
People comparing pharmacy estimates before filling a prescription. Pill identification and drug interaction tools are also available; they do not replace advice from a pharmacist or doctor.
GoodRx
People with a prescription comparing a pharmacy coupon price with their insurance or cash price before pickup. Gold is a separate paid option to evaluate only after checking its pharmacy participation and total membership cost; no price winner is established.
Match the medication, brand or generic product, form, strength, quantity, pharmacy, and ZIP code. For shipping options, compare the complete delivered total and fulfillment terms. No current competitor quote or savings percentage is asserted here.
No permanent price winner is established. Compare current quotes and applicable fees for the same prescription and location, then confirm the final amount with the pharmacy or provider.

Discount options generally apply instead of insurance for a fill, not in combination with it. Compare the applicable insurance and discount prices and ask the pharmacist which option applies.
