The short answer
Neither RxDiff nor SingleCare can be called the cheapest without current, matching prescription quotes and applicable fees. Compare the exact fill and confirm the final amount and terms before paying.
RxDiff
Search the exact medication, form, strength, quantity, and ZIP code to compare available pharmacy price estimates. Select Get Coupon and show the coupon to the pharmacist before paying. RxDiff is not a pharmacy or healthcare provider.
SingleCare
Search SingleCare for your prescription and a participating pharmacy. Present the card with each prescription so the pharmacist can process its billing codes, then pay the pharmacy. The card is a prescription discount, not insurance or a dispensing service; optional Bonus Savings has separate eligibility exclusions.
RxDiff
RxDiff public search is free and requires no account or insurance. A pharmacy's final prescription charge is separate; confirm it before paying.
SingleCare
SingleCare prescription discounts are free to use, with no fees or obligations. You can print or download a card without registering or creating an account. Optional free membership adds Bonus Savings on eligible prescriptions; pay the prescription charge directly to the pharmacy. These verified no-fee statements concern prescription discounts. Current charges for any non-prescription services are not verified here; do not treat broad administrative-fee language as a prescription membership fee.
RxDiff
A returned result identifies a pharmacy location. Confirm stock, coupon acceptance, and the final price with that location; availability varies by medication and location.
SingleCare
Use SingleCare at participating pharmacies found through its website or app; its official guide lists CVS, Walmart, Walgreens and Kroger among examples, not a guarantee for every location or product. Brand and generic prescriptions paid out of pocket are eligible unless restrictions apply. For mail order, the help page instructs patients to ask their mail-order company directly whether it accepts the card; delivery is not guaranteed by card participation.
RxDiff
People comparing pharmacy estimates before filling a prescription. Pill identification and drug interaction tools are also available; they do not replace advice from a pharmacist or doctor.
SingleCare
People comparing an out-of-pocket brand or generic prescription price at a participating pharmacy, including medicines not covered by their plan. Website/app terms require users to be at least 13 and reside in the U.S. or its territories or possessions. Optional Bonus Savings membership has its own age, guardian and eligible-product rules; card discounts cannot be combined with insurance or another discount card.
Match the medication, brand or generic product, form, strength, quantity, pharmacy, and ZIP code. For shipping options, compare the complete delivered total and fulfillment terms. No current competitor quote or savings percentage is asserted here.
No permanent price winner is established. Compare current quotes and applicable fees for the same prescription and location, then confirm the final amount with the pharmacy or provider.

Discount options generally apply instead of insurance for a fill, not in combination with it. Compare the applicable insurance and discount prices and ask the pharmacist which option applies.
